JAA Consultancy aims to work with Private/Independent schools, Special schools, Alternative Provisions and Families to support the SEND journey.
We believe no child should be left behind in their education and work with stakeholders to ensure inclusive practice remains at the heart of all that we do.
Our goal is to facilitate an inclusive culture that recognises diversity and the importance of having a space where all students, staff and families can thrive and reach their potential.

Justina Asafu-Adjaye
Founder & CEO
With over 30 years experience working with children, young people and families, Justina has a wealth of experience supporting in the field of Early Years, Special Educational Needs, Primary and Secondary Education.
A previous Headteacher of a Special Provision for 11-16 year olds with SEND needs who are facing educational crises, a SEND Consultant, a SENDCo, a Lecturer and experienced Teacher.
Justina has supported 100s of children and young people to access the necessary assessment, support and provision in order to engage in education and meet their potential.
Justina is passionate about inclusion and has developed significant experience of supporting organizations to develop their provision and practice to ensure no child is left behind.
Justina is an experienced school leader with lived experience of disability/neurodiversity who delivers positive outcomes around SEND, Inclusion, Intersectionality and school improvement.

Shenekia Williams
Associate Consultant
Shenekia is an experienced secondary school teacher and deputy SENDCo. She is passionate about all young people accessing a high quality education, specifically those with additional needs.
Shenekia has worked within inner London secondary schools, providing support to students, teachers and parents, in ensuring that positive progress is made, quality first teaching is taken place and parental voice is heard.

Jessica Antwi
Associate Consultant
With experience as a teaching assistant, classroom teacher, head of departments, mentor and senior leader, Jessica possesses a wealth of knowledge on support for young people and staff through many lenses. A specific background in Science, Special Educational Needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health and Communication, allows Jessica to marry her understanding of stakeholder desire and experience to create, encourage and troubleshoot not only culture but Maths and Science curriculums to ensure its intent, implementation and impact is felt throughout the school community.
Jessica is passionate about inclusive and symbiotic culture, nurturing independent, critical and revolutionary thinkers and ensuring quality first teaching leads the classroom.
